Husher L. Harris Sr. (President/CEO)
Husher L. Harris, Sr. is a former (retired) senior Federal manager and State government executive with over 35 years of documented experience developing, implementing and managing innovative programs. Throughout his career he has managed health care delivery, veteran services, information technology and human capital management programs.

Mr. Harris is an Adjunct Professor at a local university where he teaches Business Management, Behavioral Sciences and Organizational Behavior. Additionally, he is a volunteer Senior Community Mediator for the Harford County and Baltimore City Community Mediation Programs; and, a volunteer Disaster Mental Counselor for the American Red Cross and the State of Maryland Department of Health and Mental Hygiene.

He holds an MPA (Master of Public Administration) from the Key Executive Program of The American University, an MA in Rehabilitation Counseling from the University of South Florida, and a Certificate in Chemical Dependency Counseling from Baltimore County Community College (BCCC). He also holds the following licensure/certifications:

Husher L. Harris II (Vice President/COO)
As a consultant, Mr. Harris II has varied experience in the preparation of General Services Administration schedule offers. He has spearheaded the development and submission of multiple state certifications and Small Business Administration 8A applications.

Mr. Harris II worked on a large combat avionics program while employed with Northrop Grumman Corporation. Prior to working in the Aerospace and Defense industry, he worked for Lucent Technologies. While at Lucent he facilitated hardware and software design, development and delivery.

His concentration has been in procurement/purchasing, supply chain management and training. Mr. Harris II has considerable experience in SAP Material Management, Sales/Distribution and Project Scheduling modules.

After graduating with honors from Ohio University with a Bachelors Degree in Political Science and a Bachelors Degree in Communications, Mr. Harris II interned in the White House Office of Legislative Affairs. He received a Master’s Degree in International Studies and Diplomacy from the University of London (S.O.A.S).
